It’s so great to see you here. This site has been a labor of love for many years in the making. I’ve had many stops and starts, which if you are one of the 157,000 people who fight with chronic pain you can understand.

I am often asked why I do this podcast. the simple answer is , i do it because it makes me happy. knowning that if I can help just one person by the things i put out there than I have done my part.
